** Description**

This 13' wide x 40' long outdoor storage space is on a gravel lot inside a security fence with an automatic gate. You simply enter your code you will receive when starting your lease to enter. You will have access to your storage space 24/7.

Monthly Rent - You will automatically be billed until your move-out date.

Move-Out Request Form - To move-out of your storage space you must fill out a Move-Out Request Form. This form is located under the Request a Move-Out Date tab at the top of our website. You must give us 30-days' notice before your move-out date.

Allowed Items

-RV's

-5th wheel campers

-Bumper pull campers

-Boats with trailer

-Trailers

-Commercial vehicles/equipment

-Other items must be approved by Voss Storage LLC Managers.

Rental Requirements

-All items in rented space must be on the allowed items list or preapproved by a Voss Storage LLC Manager.

-All items on rental space must be registered with Voss Storage LLC. Anything that is not registered will be removed at owners' expense

-All parts of your stored items must fit inside your rented space.

Facility rules

-No smoking, drugs or alcohol on property.

-Keep your rented space clean.

-Be respectful to other renters and their property.

-If there is an issue, contact us directly we will take care of it.

-10 MPH Speed Limit on property.

-You are responsible for putting locks on your stored items.

-You are responsible to any wheel cover or covers you would like on your stored items.

Prohibited items

-Hazardous or Flammable Materials (e.g. gasoline, paint thinner, explosives, etc.)

-Firearms and ammunition

-boats without trailers

-Garbage

-Perishable Foods

-Illegal substances or stolen property

-Anything that could damage the property or other stored items.

-Etc.
